HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 625/77BY~LAW REPEALED B REPEALS AMENDED BY AMENDS DISPOSITION c S 6 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING /'6177 BY-LAW 1 ?- Being a Restricted Area, By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law 3036, as amended, and to implement the Township of Pickering Official Plan in Part Lot 29, R.P. 509 and Block AG, R.P. M-997, Town of Pickering. ' WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to permit development to now occur on the subject land; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL Or THE CORPORATION Os THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:- SECTION 1: SCHEDULES Schedules "A" and "B" hereto with notations and r erc.n ee> shown thereon are hereby de:lared to be part of this By-law e9nd are described as follows:- Schedule "A Glenview - Fieldlight Zoning xap Schedule "B" Standards and Provisions; SECTION 2: AREA RESTRICTED The provisions of this By-law shall apply to all land:,. enclosed by heavy back line on Schedule "A" attached hereto. SECTION 3: GENERAL PROVISIONS No building, land or part thereof shall herea€t,'r used, occupied, erected, moved or structurally altered except in con- formity with the provisions of this By-law. SECTION 4: PROVISIONS The standards and provisions as set out or, Schedule "3" attached hereto shall apply to the area restricted by this By-law. SECTION 5: BY-LAW 3036 By-law 3036, as amended, is hereby further amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law as it applies to the area set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto,. Definitions and subject matters not specifically dealt with in this By-law shall be governed by the provisions of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 19 and 20 of By-law 3036 as amended. SECTION 6: ENFORCEMENT Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this By-law shall be liable, upon conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding $1,000.00 for each offence, exclusive of costs, recoverable under the provisions of The Summary Convictions Act. SECTION 7: EFFECTIVE DATE No part of this By-law shall cone into force without the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board but subject to such approval, the by-law shall take effect from the date of the passing hereof. 2 READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS ?
