1. TIIAT that portion of Lot Ntmlber Twenty-one in the :{rd Range of the
Broken Front Concession of the Township of Picketing hereinafter
described shall be and is hereby erected into and established as a
Public Uighway of this Municipality, that is to say:
Co~encin,~ where a cut stone monument has been planted at the
South east a~7%le of said Lot N~ber Twe~]ty-one thence North ]0 de%rees
4~ minutes West 2~ chains 39 links to a post (at the North end of the
fence and on the South side of the marsh adjacent thereto) thence
North 9 dez~es ;~est 4 chains 29 links to a post on the 5Iorth side
of said marsh; thence North 43 degrees East Goo links mo~ or less
to the Fence on the East limit of the said ~t; thence Southerly
alon~ the East limit of the ~t 33 chains 98 links more or less to
the place of be~inn~n!% which with that portion of original allow-
ance For road unsold bergen sai<l ~ts ~os. 20 & 21 in the said 3rd
~oncesslon constitutes a public hi%hway

sixty-six Feet in width.
2. THAT the followin~ parcel comprising a part of the ori~final allow-
ance For road between ~ts N~ber Twenty and Twenty-one in the 3rd
]{an.?~ of the ~roken Front Concession of the said Township of Pickeriaf%
be and the same is hereby estopped for public travel and the same
hereby vested in Timothy Welsh of the said Township of Pickerin%.
Tbe said parcel is more particularly described as follows, that is
to say:
Co~]encin~ where a cut stone monument has been planted on the
South west angle of said ~t No. 20, thence Northerly alon~ the West
limit of the said ~t 33 chains 50 links; thence South 43 degree'~
West 70 chains; thence South 9 degrees East 4 chains 20 links; thence
South 10 degrees 45 minutes East 33 chains 10 links more or less to
the place of beginning.
3. THAT the deed conveyin~ the said parcel of land to Timothy Welsh, made
by this Corporation to the said Timothy Welsh be and the same is
hereby confirmed; and that the ~eve of this Corporation be and is
hereby allthorized and instructed to make and sign such further assur-
ances of the said parcel as may be requisite and to attach the Cor-
porate Seal the~to.
