BY-LAW TO EMPOWER THE REEVE TO G~tANT AND ~tAKE CERTAIN CONVEYANCES OF
LAND.
WqIEREASA under By-Law No, 353 o£ the Corporation of tile Tow~lship o£
Picketing a certain portion of original allowance For road between
Lots Nos. 22 & 23 in the Third Range o£ the Broken Front Concession
is vested in Weston Palmer, his heirs and assigns;
,AND. ~IE.REAS a deed has not yet been made For the same;
THEREFORE IT IS ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pi cke ri ng:
THAT Joseph Monkhouse, Esq., Reeve of the Township of Picketing be
and is hereby authorized and instructed to convey From this Corpor-
ation to the said Weston Palmer, his heirs and assigns, that certain
portion of the original allowance for road between Lots Nos. 22 & 23
in the Third Range of the Broken Front Concession as described in
said By-Law No. 353, and that the Reeve be and is hereby empowered
and reqnired to make and sign a deed For that purpose.
All By-Laws, or parts of By-Laws, inconsistent with this By-Law,
be and the same are hereby repealed.
PASSED September 7th, 1885.
