being a by-law to dedicate
certain lands as a public
highway
WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of
Pickering consented to a conveyance of land by Rudog
Schafranek and Sussanne Schafranek for the lands described
in Schedule "A" hereto, subject to the lands being conveyed
to the Township for use as a public highway and it is deemed
necessary to dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the
Council of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering that
the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed are
hereby dedicated as a public highway.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in open

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering,
in the County of Ontario being composed of Part of Lot 30,
Concession 1, in the said Township more particularly des-
cribed as follows:-
COMMENCING at a point in the Southerly limit of the said lot
30, distant 348.92 feet from the South Easterly angle of the
said lot 30, measured Westerly along the South limit of the
said lot 30, being the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT of the lands
conveyed.
THENCE NORTHERLY 16 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds West a
distance of 17 feet to a point.
THENCE NORTH 73 degrees 6 minutes 50 seconds East a distance
of 80.00 feet to a point.
THENCE SOUTH 16 degrees 52 feet 50 minutes East 17 feet to a
point in the Southerly limit of the said lot 30.
THENCE SOUTH 73 degrees 6 minutes 50 seconds West a distance
of 80 feet more or less to the point of commencement.
