ENACTS AS FOLLOWS~ VIZ:
THAT all that portion of ori~inal allowance £or road lyi~lg
and situate and hein:g' the south half of side road between Lots
Nos. 10 ,~ 11 in the Otb Concession of the Township of Pickerin~,~
contai~ain~ five acres more or less shall be a~l tile same is hereby
vested in John M¢~uoid his heirs or assigns forever, in lieu of'
road as now established thro~lgh his Lot No. 10.
