the works herein shall be undertaken ns local improvements

works has been oublished.
1. Natermains shall be cons~zucta~3 on Shyly Street

[:m~ez Commission right-of-way and on Toy Avenue from 3ay]y
Street to a pains 875 feet neigh of }ayly F~Iee% a~ an

2. The owner's share of th~ s~td cost ~::ill be

abutting diiec~ly u~,en the woiks and u~z. on the following lane
~ha~ is immediately benefitted by ~be %,~e/lc~ namsly~ the land
fzon~ing on %l~e no~th side of ~3ayly Street within 75 feet
of the east 15mi~ of Toy Avenue measured easterly from the
easterly limit tbe~eof~ and The ismaindeI of {he cost of
such works will be borne by the Cor~oration.
3. The 3oz/oia~ion's sha~e of the said cost will be

be ~aid by ~he issuance of oeb~nturcs bearing intelest

7, The Treasurer nj: the TownshiD may, subject to the

the completion thereof.
8. The :~nginee~ of %he 2or?ora%ion L' hereby
%o make such plans~ pzofiles at~ specifications and furnish
all such infozma$ion as may he necessary for ~he making o:f
contracts for the doing of ~he works or for carrying out the
same by day lab{mr and the works shall be cazzied on and
