A By-law of the CorpOration of
the Township of Picketing to
stop up and close Isobel Street
and Annis Street in Registered
Plan 559 in the Hamlet of
Brougham ~
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing proposes to stop up and close as a public high-
way the lands more particularly described in Schedule A
attached hereto ~
AND WHEREAS these two streets have never been developed
as public roadways nor does it appear that there is any
need for them as public roadways:
AND WHEREAS notice of this by-law has been published once
a week for four consecutive weeks and posted up for one
month in six of the most public places in the i~mediate
neighbourhood of the said public highways to be closed and
the provisions of the Municipal Act relati~lg to the
stopping up of highways have been complied with;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town-
ship of Picketing hereby enacts as follows:
1. The lands described in Schedule A hereto attached
are hereby stopped up and closed as a public highway.
2. The said Schedule A hereto attached shall form part
of this By-laWo

Ail and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Township
of Picketing, in the County of Ontario, and the Province
of Ontario, being cc~ed of that part of Lot 19, in the
6th Concession of the said Township, as shown on a plan
filed in the Registry Office for the County of Ontario
as Number 559 and more particularly described as follows=
1. Isobel Street in its entirety
2. Annis Street in its entirety
