A By-law of The Corporation of the
Township of Pickering amending By-law
Number 3246, naming members who will
comprise the Plumbers' Licensing Board
of The Township of Pickering
WHEREAS By-law Number 3332 provided that the Township
should license and regulate Plumbers, Master Plumbers, Journeyman
Plumbers, Drain Contractors, Drain L~yers and Apprentices and
that a Plumbing Inspection Board of Four persons be named who
will set examinations and mark papers of applicants:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of The
Corporation of The Township of Pickering that:
1. The Plumbers' Licensing Board of The Township of
Pickering shall comprise the following named persons:
(a) The Reeve of the Corporation
(b) Master Plumber William Evans
(c) Master Plumber Don Hargreves
(d} Master Plumber George Christenson
with the Plumbing Inspector acting as Secretary to the
Board.
2. The Board members shall be paid a fee of $15.00 by
the Township Treasurer for each meeting.
3, By-law Number 3246 is hereby repealed.
4. This by-law shall become effective on the date of
passing and remain in force until its repeal.
