according to Plan No. 505 as a public
highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The
Corporation of the Township of PickeIing and i~ is
deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a
public highway.
NC~ THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORAT ION
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERIN~ ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That all and singular that certain parcel ox
tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in
the Township of Picketing, in the County of Ontax io and
being composed of the eastexly 10 feet throughout fxom
front to rear of Lot 7) according to a P/an No. 505
iegistezed in the Registry Office for the County of
Ontaxio be and~he same are hereby dedicated as a public
highway.
