A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to authorize
the signing of an agreement with
W. W. Rankin engaging his firm to
act as architect for the new police
station
WHEREAS Council by resolution 247/67 retained W. W. Rankin
to prepare working drawings and specifications for the new
Township Police Station and authorized the entering into a stan-
dard architect contract;
AND WHEREAS it is desirable to confirm this resolution by by-
law and to sign a standard architect contract;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Town-
ship of Pickering that the Reeve and Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to sign a standard architect agreement with
W. W. Rankin for the construction of a new police station.
