BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 3036, as amended; WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering deems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-law Number 3036 as amended; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: A. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENTS 1. Schedule "A" of By-law 3036 be and the same is hereby amended by altering the Rural Agricultural Zone 'A' designation in Part of Lot 3, Range III (being the westerly 491.81 feet of the northerly 315 feet of Lot 3, Range 3) to read Commercial- General Zone 'C2', as shown on Schedule 'A' attached hereto. B. This By-law is passed on the expressed understanding that the use of such property shall be subject to px1or site plan approval by the Municipality. o.M. B <:,? ,, eL C. That By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby ropealed and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law. D. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the day of passing thereof.
