(b) STATEMENT The following Text and Map, designated Schedule I, constitutes Amendment No. 7 to the Official Plan of the Township of Picketing Planni~c .~:.rea, and is herewith submitted for the app:'oval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs. (c) ITEMS OF AMIENDMENT ri:EH I - LAND USE LOCATION: Part Lot 12, Concessio~ 5 (Soueh- west corner of the 6th Concession Road and the Greenwood Road), as shown on the attached Schedule I and numbered "Item I". CHANGE: "VILLAGE COMMUNITY" to "GREENBELT- CONSERVATION". STATEF~4'~: ~n conjunction with the Ontario Municipal Board Order ~egarding By-law 3037 (Martin and Barclay properties), the Township, in conjunction with the Metro- politan Toronto and Region Conservation Authpri.ty, established a boundary for the C=eenbelt designation. This land is presently vacant, Iow lying, and subject to flooding due to its close proximity to the east branch of the Duff ins' Creek. 3 ITEM 2 - LAND USE LOCATION: Part Lot !2, Concession 5 (West side of Greenwood of Greenwood Road, south of the 6th Concession Road), es shown on the attached Schedule 1 and numbered ~Item 2'~. CHANGE: "GREENBELT - CONSERVATIOn: to ~RURAU~. STATEMENT: In accordance with the direction of the Ontario Municipal Board, resardin~ By-law 3037 (Martin and Barclay properties), 2he Township in conjunction with the Metropolitan Toronto and Resion Conservation Authority, established a ~:oundary for the Greenbelt desisnation. This land is considerably higher than the land in~nediately to the north (being the south-west corner of the 6th Concession Road and Greenwood Road). This uroposed boundary does not follow the normal flood limits of the Metropolitan Toronto and ReEton Conservation Authority, in that thSs boundary is drawn approximately 125 feeC west and parallel to the Greenwood Road, and is a approximation of the Zlood line. -4 - ~TEM 3 - LAI'~ USE LOCATION: Part Lot 12~ Conc~ ~ ,(East and ~est sides of Greenwood lload), as sho~m ~n the attached Schedule ~ and tmmbered "Item 3".
