of an agreement between The Corporation
of the Townshi[~ of Ficke~ing and Skrycon
Lim~ ted.
WHEREAS Skrycon Limited has agreed to
construct watermains on l~ighway No. 2, Ounbai Avenue
and Fairport Road
1. That th~ R?cve and Clerk be authoYqzed to
e::ecute an additional agreement ~eimbursing Skryc~n
Limited :for any 5ncreased labour costs incurred during
the course of the contract as a result of current labour
disputes.
