A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to define the
boundaries of the polling subdivis-
ions for the Township of Picketing
WHERE~S R.S.O. 1960, Chapter 249, Section 58, Sub-section 1
authorizes a Municipality to divide its wards into polling
subdivisions and
WHEREAS it is necessary to re-define the polling subdivisions
within the Township of Pickering as a result of the new ward
boundaries
BE IT THEREFORE Eb~CTEDby the Municipal Council of the Town-
ship of Picketing that the various polling subdivisions shall
be as follows:
1. All of the lots numbered 21 to 35 inclusive in Con-
cessions 9, 8 and the north half of 7
3. All of the lots numbered 21 to 35 inclusive in the
south half of Concession 7, all Concession 6, and
the north half of Concession 5
4. All of the lots numbered 21 to 35 inclusive in the
south half of concession 5, and in Concession nua~ers
4 and 3
17. Ail of the lots numbered 21, 22 and 23 in Concession
1 and 2 which lie north of Provincial Highway Number
401
18. All of the lots numbered 240 25, 26 in Concession 1
and 2 lying north of Provincial Highway Number 401
19. All of the lots numbered 27, 28 and 29 in Concession
I and 2
20. Ail of the lots numbered 30 to 35 inclusive in Con-
cession 2 and the north half of Concession 1
21. All of the lots numbered 30 to 35 inclusive in the
south half of Concession 1

2. All of the lots numbered 15 to 20 inclusive in Con-
cessions 9 and 8
7. All of the lots numbered 1 to 14 inclusive in Con-

II That By-law Number 3321 be and the same is hereby repealed.
III This By-law shall become effective on the day of passing.
