Picketing
~ER~S subsection 1 (b) of Section 59 of ~e Highly
Traffic Act R.S.O. 1960 prov~es that no person shall drive
a motor vehicle at a greater rate of speed than thirty miles
~r hour in a built-up area~
A~ ~E~ such built up areas are r~ired to be desi~at~
and proper signs display~ shrug tha~ such areas are built-
up areas ~
~ ~S it is desirable to consol~ate all previous
m~icipal by-la~ ~er one general by-law,

of Picketing enacts as foll~s~

here~ ~eclar~ to be ~ilt-up area~.

of the Hig~y Traffic Act.

~tent necessa~ to give effect to ~is by-law.
