HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3277 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER ~ 7/ ~ /~ /L Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lot 29, Range 3, as a public highway WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering is the owner of the lands hereinafter described AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate the said lands as a public highway. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING hereby enacts as follows: 1. That the following lands, naraely, ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickering, County of Ontario, and being composed of part of Lot 29 in Range 3 of the said Township, which said parcel may be more particularly described as follows: PREMISING THAT the bearing of the east limit of the said Lot 29 is N. 17© 21' 25" W. and relating all bearings used herein thereto; COMMENCING at a point in the said Lot 29, which said point may be located as follows; BEGINNING at the northeast angle of the said Lot 29; THENCE S. 17© 21' 25" E. along said east limit of Lot 29, a distance of 607.53 feet; THENCE S. 73© 06' 05" W., a distance of 10.0 feet to the Point of Commencement; THENCE from the Point of Commencement N. 17© 21' 25" W., a distance of 66.0 feet; THENCE S. 73© 06' 05" W., a distance of 423.80 feet; THENCE S. 17© 21' 25" E., a distance of 66.0 feet; THENCE N. 73© 06' 05" E., a distance of 423.80 feet to the Point of Commencement. are hereby dedicated as a public road -2- READ a first and second time this ~o~tay of i~'~.'~..~.,~ , 1967.
