BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law of the Corporation of The
Town~hip of Picketing to Appoint
a Warble-Fly Inspector for the year
1967.
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of
Pickering passed By-law Number 1942, whereby the Township is now
under the Warble-Fly Act:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the Township of Picketing that:
1. ~v~ /~.f~ be and he is hereby appointed
Warble-Fly Control Inspector for the Township of P%ckerlng.
2. The said Warble- ly Control Inspector shall comply with
the regulations of the Warble-Fly Act, collect all fees and pay same
over to the Township Treasurer as collected.
~. The salary of the said Lloyd Pascoe . , while ~cting as
Warble-Fly Inspector, shall be ~_~ ~/'~L~.'~'~"~.~--~-
4. AND THAT By-law Number ~127 be an~ the same is hereby repealed.
