A By-law of The Corporation of The
Township of Picketing to close a
portion of Beach Road, lying between
Lots 6 and 7 in Registered Plan 380,
from Lakecrest Drive to Lakeview
Boulevard.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1960, Chapter 249, Section 459, Subsection
l, provides that a municipality may close a road allowance.
AND WHEREAS Beach Road has never been' developed as a
public road.
AND W~EREAS the Corporation wishes to construct a firehall
on the said road allowance.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of The Township
of Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
~: -1. The lands described in Schedule"A" attached are he.reby
Sb'0~ped up and closed as a public highway.
~ !~. For purposes of illustration only a plan showing the
la~s"described in Schedule "B", coloured in red is attached hereto.
