TIlE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY.LAW NO, 5175/97
Being a by. law to tied!cate those parts of Lot 18,
Concession 1, Picketing designated as Parts 14
and 15, Plan 40R-10635, as public highway
(Quartz Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 18,
Concesaton 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 14 and 15, Plan 40R-10635, (Quartz Street) and
wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORF the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLL · ~/S:
1. That those pans of Lot 18, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Pans 14 and 15, Plan
40R-10635 are hereby dedicated as public highway to be known as Quartz Street.
BY-LAW read a first, second ~,nd third time and finally passed this 15th day of December, 1997.
