Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Tran,fer of
Easement from The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
to Hubbell Canada over that part of Lot 19, l~ange 3,
B.F. C, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-17928.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 191 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot 19, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing,
designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-17928. :
AND WHEREAS, the owner of the adjacent property has requested that The Corporation of the Town of
Picketing transfer to it an access eaSement over that part of Lot 19, Range 3 B.F.C., Pickering, designated as
Part Iv Plan 40R-17928.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of Easement, in the form
satisfactory to the Town Solicitor, from me ! own to Hubbell Canada over that part of Lot 19, Range
3, B.F.C., designated as Part !, Plan 40R- 17928.
BY-LAW read a first, Second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of December, 1997.
