(I) Section 2, DEFINITIONS, of By-law 2511 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following definition:
2.68.1 Professionnl Office
"Professional Office shall mean a building or pan of a building in which
medical, legal or other professional sen'ice is performed or consultation given.
and which may include a clinic, the offices of an architect, a chaffered
accountant. ~,: ~ngmeer. a lawyer or a physician, but shall not include a body-rub
parlour as defined in section 224 (gNb) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. lqq0.
Chapter M.45. as amended from time to lime, or an)' successor thereto:
(2} Subsection 13.1 USES PERMI]'IED (Local Commercial Zone CI) and 16.1.2 USES

By-law 251 I, as amended, is hereby further amended only to the extent necessary to give effect
to the provisions of this By-law. Definitions and subject matters not specifically dealt with in
this By-law shall be governed by' relevant prowsions of By-law 251 I, as amended.
~ 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approYal of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
