BY-LAW NO. 3850/91
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws,
2116/85 and 2263/86 respecting Lots 16-23, Plan
40M-1366, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1980, chapter 1,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Pan Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 2116/85 and 2263/86 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of September, 1991.
