~_Y-LAW NO. 3823/91~
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1473/82 respecting
reduced load periods on Gwendolyn Street and Rouge
Valley Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.198, s.104a(7), the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1473/82 designating the date on which a reduced
load period shall staxt or end and the highway or portion thereof under its jurisdiction to which the
designation applies;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule A of By-law 1473/82, as amended is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Gwendolyn Street and Rouge Valley Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of September, 1991.
