BY-LAW NO, 3819/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement on
Greenvale Crescent, Highview Road, Kirkwood Lane,
Springview Drive and Woodside Lane.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, ss.232.6, the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the regulation and
licensing of places of amusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule "A" of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Greenvale Crescem, Highview Road, Kirkwood Lane, Springview Drive and Woodside Lane
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of September, 1991.
