BY-LAW NO. __
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
a Site Plan Agreement respecting Lot 8, Plan 40M-1347,
Pickering
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Site Plan Agreement between the Town and
Herzbrook Holdings Ltd., In Trust, dated July 14, 1986 and registered on September 26, 1986 as
Instrument No. LT289802;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk axe hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated July 14, 1986, and registered September 26, 1986
as Instrument No. LT289802, between The Corporation of the Town of Picketing and
Herzbrook Holdings Ltd., In Trust.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of September, 1991.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it
acknowledged,

hereby releases and forever discharges
HERZBROOK HOLDINGS LTD., IN TRUST
its successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action which
may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
July 14, 1986 and registered as Instrument No. LT289802, on September 26, 1986, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
HERZBROOK HOLDINGS LTD., IN TRUST
concerning Lot 8, Plan 40M-1347, Picketing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto affixed its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 7th day of August, 1991.
