ENACTS AS ~' ~' FO~O,~
1. That Section ~, subsection (r), be amended to read:
"Toilet and bathing £acilities are readily
· accessible to all reside~!ts with a minimum
of one (1) wash basin and one (1) flush
toilet for every eight (8) resid~ats and one
(1) bath tub or sho~er for ever~,~ twelve (].2)
residents.
, ~ 2. That all other provisions of By-Lay; ,_No. 3038
remain unaltered.
