A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO SET A DATE
FOR THE FIRST MEETING OF COUNCIL.
WHEREAS Section lgA(1) of the Municipal Act provides that the first
meeting of Council o£ a local municipality shall be held on the second
Monday in January at 11 otclock in the forenoon or at such hour and
day as may be f~xed by by-Saw o£ Council;
BE IT THEREFORE F~ACTED by the Munici~al Council of ghe Township of
Picketing THAT:
1. The first meeting of Co~mcil o£ the To~rnship of Picketing shal_~l qlC
be held in the Council Chambers on the Tenth day of January~at '
the hour of 8 otelock ~n the evening.
2. By-Law No. 2822 be and the same is hereby repealed.
