OF PICKERING TO TAKE OVER AND ASSUME A PORTION OF PINE STREET EAST
IN REGISTERED PLAN 877.
WHEREAS by Resolution Number 215/55 Council deemed it expedient
to assume a portion of P~ne Street East in Registered Plan 377,
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing THAT Pine Street East from Heron Street to
the East limit of Lot 87 in Registered Plan No. 377 be and the
same is hereby assumed as a Township Road.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this ~/~ day of .~i~ 1965.
BY-LAW read a Third time and PASSED this 4/.~ day of ~¢~ 1965.
