A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APPOINT A COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing
that the following na~ed persons shall comprise the Committee of
Adjustment fop the Township of Picketing:
1. ~'--whose term will expire Jan. 1, 1958
2. whose term will expire Jan. 1, 1968.
3, D. McPherson whose tepm will expire Jan. 1, 1967
4. Melvin Johnson whose term will expire Jan. 1, 1966

5. E. R. James whose term will expire Jan. 1, 1966
AND THAT the members of such Committee be paid /.~ ~__o pep
meeting, plus Ten Cents (10¢) per mile necessarily travelled in
this capacity.
THAT By-Law Number 2839 be repealed insofar as it affects this By-law.
