THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN AN "OFFER TO PURCHASE" FOR CHARLES RISK
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing
that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to sign an "Offer to Purchase"
to Charles and Nellie Risk for approximately 22 1/~ acres for the sum
of $50,000.00, subject to conditions of Resolution No. ~07/~.
