ACCEPT TITLE TO CERTAIN LANDS IN PLAN ~18.
WHEREAS to meet certain conditions of the Township of
Picketing Planning Board, Gerald P. Cowan has conveyed
certain lands to the Township of Picketing;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Town-
ship of Picketing that this Council do hereby accept the
following described lands to be held by them until the
owners of lands at the rear are predated to pay the costs
of bringing such lands up to the standard required for a
Township road allowance, and to purchase from Gerald P.
Cowan, his heirs or assigns~ the one foot reserve along the
easterly limit of the lands herein described:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate lying and being in the Township of
Picketing in the County of Ontario and Province of
Ontario, and being composed of part of Block "L" according
to a plan filed in the Registry Office for the said
County of Ontario as number ~18, which said parcel may
be more particularly described and known as follows:
COMMENCING at the north westerly angle of said Block L.
THENCE SOUTH 17 degrees 01 minutes East along the
westerly limit of said Block L a distance of 66 feet.
THENCE NORTH 72 degrees ~2 minutes East a distance of
~1 feet 7 inches along a line drawn parallel to the
northerly limit of said Block L and being distant 66
feet in perpendicular width measured southerly therefrom,
said point being distant one foot westerly from the
Easterly limit of said Block L.
THENCE NORTHERLY parallel to said easterly limit of
said Block L a distance of 66 feet 3 3/~ inches to a
point in the nom~herly limit of said Block L distant
one foot measured westerly thereon from the north-
easterly angle of said Block L.
THENCE WESTERLY along the northerly limit of said
Block L a distance of 435 feet to the point of commencement.
BY-LAW mead a First, Second and Third time, and PASSED
