APPOINT A WARBLE-FLY INSPECTOR F0R THE YEAR 196~.
WHEREAS the Council passed By-Law No. 19~2 whereby the
Township is now under the Warble-Fly Act;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Picketing that:
1. Orville Cox be and he is hereby appointed Warble-Fly
Control Inspector for the Township of Picketing.
2. The said Warble-Fly Control Inspector shall comply
with the regulations of the Warble-Fly Act, collect
all fees and pay same over to the Township Treasurer
as collected.
3. The salary of the said Orville Cox, while acting as
Warblm-Ply Inspector, shall be regular Township road
rate plus (15¢) Fifteen Cents per hour.
~, By-Law No. 2755 be and the same is hereby repealed.
