WHEREAS the Township of Pinkering Planning Board has recommended that By-law
2~20 be amended to permit single-family dwellings or~ certain specified parcels
of land with less frontage and area than 50 ft. and 5~OOO sq. ft. r~.spectively
required by the provisinna of the ~aid By-law for the zones in ~hich the~e
lands are located.

enacts as follows~
1. That By-law No. 2520 as amended be and the ~ame is hereby amended by
adding to Section 8 a n~w s~tion, 8,~, as follows:

2. That By-law 2520 be amended only to the e~tent necessary to give
effect to the provisions of this By-law,
3. No part of this By-law s[mll come into force without the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board, but eubjeot to such approval, the By-law shall take
effect from the passing thereof,
