A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICK~RING TO AMEND
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING BUILDING BY-LAW NUMBER 2223. ,
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing
that Paragraph 109 of By-Law Number 2223 be repealed, and the
following substituted therefor:
1. Permit Fees - Buildings
Fees as prescribed herein shall he paid to the Township of
Picketing before a Building Permit will be granted:
(a) New Building, or re-erection of an eld building on a
new site, or other aCCeSsory building estimated value
by the Township of Picketing not exceeding $4,000.00... $ 4.50
~k For each additional $1,000.00, or portion thereof ...... 1.50
" (b) Private Garages, detached or attached, or carports,
per each car accommodation ............................ 5.00
(e) Demolition or removal of any building ................. 5.00
(f) Alterations and repairs not exceeding $4,000.00 ........ 5.00
For each additional $500.00 or major portion thereof... 1.O0
The minimum permit fee shall be $5.00
O~cupancy Permit Fees
~ (a) Permit to occupy a dwelling on its completion ........ 1.00
(b) Change of Occupancy, if no Building Permit required... 2.00
and the following sections be added thereto:
Building Permits are issued only to the owner submitting the
application and may not be transferred.
Building Permits once issued are not refundable.
