SEWER AREA NUMBER 1 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
WHERF~kS Council have by By-Law No. 2489 defined Sewer Area No. 1
of the Township of Picketing;
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Picketing
that:
1. The cost of sewage treatment be recovered from those premises
connected to the sewerage system, based on the quantity of water
consumed on the premises according to the water meter readings
The sewer rates in Sewer Area No. 1 shall, in each three month
period, be as follows:
Quantity of Minimum Net Bill For
Water Consume~. Sewer Rate Period Bill Prompt paym..ent
1st 10,000 gallons 55.6 Cents 3 mos. 5.56 $ 5.00
per 1000 gals.
. The time limit to take advantage of the reduced bill for prompt
payment shall be the 20th day of the respective billing month.
. There shall be four (4) months in calendar and
a
year,
each billing period shall be three (3) calendar months or part
thereof.
