A BY-LAW OF THE CORPOIIATION OF TIlE TOWNSItlP OF PICKE}/ING TO TAKI~]
OVER AN ABANDONED CEMETERY ;tS TOWNSIIIP PROPEIITY.
WHEREAS the Department of Ilea]th have recommended that the Township
of Picketing takn over the abandoned Yake Cemetery in the north half'
(71' Lot 33, Concession 9, under the provisions in Section 38 o1, the
Cemetery Act;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickeping lhat the Cemetery known as the "Yake Cemetery" comprssi~g
about one hal1, acre, amd being approximately 25 rods south oF the
llxbpidge Town Line in Lot 33 of the Ninth Concession, and ~b. tting
Lot 3,t, be assumed by the Township of' PJckering ~ndep powers provided
hy Section 38 of the Cemetery Act.
