THE LIMITS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING GARBAGE AREA IN THE SOUTHENN
PART OF THE TOWNSHIP.
WHEREAS By-Law No. 2141 passed February 27, 1956, provided for the
collection, removal and disposal o£ garbage in a de£ined area and £or
the costs of such removal to be charged to the area defined;
AND WHEREAS due to considerable development, the owners of the
abu'tting lands have asked that their lands be included in such
garbage area;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing that Schedule "A" of By-Law Number 2141 defining the
said area reading:
1. Ail of Lots 3] to 35 inclusive from Highway No. 2 to Lake Ontario.
2. Ail of Lot 30 in Broken Front, Range 2.
3. West half of Lot, 30 in Broken Front Range 3, south of Highway
No. 2.
4. All o£ Plans Nos. 270, 311, 33l and 364 in Broken Front, Range 3,
Lot 27.
5, All of Lot 24 between Highway No. 2 and. Lake Ontario.
6, All of Frenchman's Bay registered and unregistered plans in Lots
22 and 23, Broken Front~ Range 3.
7, All Planm Nos. 440, 422, and 406 in Lots 15 and 16, Broken Front,
Range 2.
8. All Plans Nos. 250~ 285, 392~ 380 and 372 in Picketing Beach
- Lots 5 and 6 in Broken Front Ranges 2 and 3.
9. All lots abutting the Altona Road on the West ~ide, north of
No. 2 Highway, up to the Old Trespass Road; and all Lots Nos.
33, 34 and 35 north of the Old Trespass Road in Broken Front,
Range 3.
10. All Lots Nos. 27, 28, 30, 31 and 32 north of Highway No. 2
to the First Concession Line.
