A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN A SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
WITH CRUSADER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED FOR A SUBDIVISION
A?OUND FRENCHMANIS BAY.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering that the Reeve and Clerk of the
Township be and they are hereby authorized to sign a Sub-
division Agreement with Crusader Development Corporation
