A BY-LAW OF THE MTTNICIPALTTY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO )TAKE
THE DOG CATCHER A SPECIAL, CONSTABLE SO THAT TIE MAY BE BETTER
QUALIFIED TO ENFORCE' THEBY-LAW REGULATING THE KEEPING OF DOGS.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering:
1. THAT George Cerizs be sworn in as a special constable.
2. THAT the special constable privileges for Mr. Gerigs be limited
to the regulating of dogs jr, the Township of Pickering as
prescribed by Township By-Laws and the collection of prescribed
license fees, as set out in such By-Laws.
