A BY-LAW OF TIME TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT AN INSPECTOR TO
ENFORCE THE TRENCH EXCAVATORS1 PROTECTION ACT IN PICKERING TOWNSHIP.
BE IT ENACTED by the Corporation of the Township of Pickering that
A. J. THOMPSON be and he is hereby appointed Inspector to enforce
the Trench Excavators' Protection Act, 1954, and amendments thereto
in the Township of Pickering.
