BY-LAW NUMBER 2021 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING,
SETTING APART TTMSHIP SCHOOL AREA OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
SCHOOL AREA NUMBER 2.
??. WHEREAS it is expedient that a Township School area be set apart;
THEREFORE the Council of the Township of Pickering, pursuant to the
authority conferred by subsection 1 of Section 15 of the Public
Schools Act, R. S. 0. 1950, Chapter 316, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The portion of the Township described in Section 2 hereof is
hereby set apart as a Township School Area.
2. The said Township School Area shall consist of
(1) A 11 of School Section Number 2,(

(a) All lots 15 to 23 inclusive in Concession Broken.!
Front, Range two.
(b) All lots 15 to 23 inclusive in Concession Broken
Front, Range 3.
(c) All south half of lots 15 to 22 inclusive in Concession
One.
(d) All north half of lots $ to 22 inclusive in Concession

(e) West half of south half of Lot 22 in Concession 2,
(f) All north half of Lot 23 in Concession 2.
(2) All of School Section Number 3 East, containing
(a) All lots 27 to 29 inclusive in Concession Broken Front,
Range 2.
I" ?i (b) All lots 24 to 29 inclusive in Concession Broken Front,
Range 3.
U' (c) All lots 23 to 29 inclusive in Concession 1.
(d) South half of Lot 23, Concession 2.
(e) All of Lot 24, Concession 2.
(3) All of School Section Number 3 West containing
L (a) A 11 of Lots 30 to 35 inclusive north of the Rouge River

6) That part of School Section Number 7, which lies in the south
' halves of Lots 25 and 26 in the Sec d Conce Sion.
3. he Board of School Trustees of the said T wnship School Area is
( hereby designated as "Township of Pickering School Area Number 2".
That part of School Section Number 6, which lies in the
north halves of Lots 20-21-22 in the Second Concession.

4. On and after the 25th day of December, 1954, the School Sections
included in the said Township School Area shall cease to exist as
separate School Sections, and the School Board having jurisdiction
in such Sections shall be dissolved.
.? 5. This By-Law shall take effect from the 25th day of December, 1954.
6. That By-Law Number 2014 be and the same is hereby repealed.
