A By-law of the Municipality of the TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
to APPOINT a WARBLE FLY INSPECTOR for the year 1 9 .
J WHEREAS the Council passed BY-LAW No. 1942 whereby the
Township of Pickering is now under the WARBLE FLY ACT;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING, that :-
Mr. CHARLES I-1c'7196GART be and he is hereby
appointed WARBLE FLY CONTROL INSPECTOR for the
Township of Pickering, and he be paid for his
services $ /-J-0 per hour, and 16) cents
per mile allowance for car mileage or travelling
expenses while actually engaged in discharging
/6r? '( ' the duties of the said office.
2. The said WARBLE FLY CONTROL INSPECTOR shall
comply with the Regulations of the WARBLE FLY ACT,
collect all fees and pay same over to the Township
Treasurer as collected.
