WHEREAS a number of Roman Catholic families have, within

A111. regulations and are assessable to said Board in the year 1953, and the
assessment of which amounts to 057,300*00-
AND WHEREAS the Separate School Boa-d have requested a rate of
G 7.9 Mills on the Dollar, which rate is equal `o the Public

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE
TONNSHIP OF PICKERING that
There be raised, levied and collected from and upon all the
O/,l•rateable property within the three mile radius of the Ajax
4//"1? Separate School Board, who are assessed as Separate School supporters
the rate or sum of 161- S' Mills which will amount to $ L/JF'P¢
for the purposes of the said Ajax Separate School Board.
