A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING RESPECTING
THE TREATMENT OF WARBLE-FLY WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF "THE WARBLE-FLY
CONTROL ACT, 1952•"
WHEREAS a petition has been received which bears the signature of more
than two-thirds of the cattle owners in the Municipality:
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF "THE WARBLE-
FLY CONTROL ACT, 1952," AND THE REGULATIONS THEREUNDER:-
