Wg-EREAS for the past (about) one hundred years the travelled portion sideline
between Lots 2)} and 25 in the, Third Concession of the Township or YickerinF
has deviated from the orimi_nal survev around a hill so as to rive a better
-ride;
AND 'AFTFRFAS R. C. Reesor, own,ir of the lands on whicYk the present road is
now -rave _ed, has requested that the Townshit> deed him the original survey
for that part of his propert- now used;
AND WHEREAS the Clerk has posted notices conforming*_ to the Act relative to
the clos!Fi of said road and no person or agent has objected to same;

1. THAT all and singular that certain parcel or tract of land, situate,
lvinn and beinr* in the Township of Yickeri_r-7, in the County of
Ontario and Province of Ontario, beinr* composed of part of the
original road allowance between Lots 2)G and 25 in Concession 3 of
the said Township and being more particular]v described as follows:

2. When this By-Law shall have been d 1 gonfirmed and approved, the said
allowance for road shall he soldgi?Onc.ih' er as directed and required
by law and for a price that shall be satisfactorv to the Council of the
Corporation and on sale thereof shall be deeded to the purchaser.
3. This By-Law shall come into force and effect immediately it shall have
been confirmed by the Council of the. Corporation of the County of Ontario.
