A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE TOTAL 19-/ EXPENDITURE; ON RODS IN

THE T06dNSHIP OF U I Lt ?t Wiz, IN THE DISTRICT OF u t z.
WHr.REAS The Highway Improvement Act, Chapter 56, R.S.O., 1937
and amendments requires that the total expenditure on township roads
and bridges be provided for annually by township by-law.
THEREFORE the council of the corporation of the said township
enacts as follows:
(1) The sum c,
of 4 is hereby appropriated
from monies raised
by levy, debentures and 'overnment subsidy for total expenditure upon
construction and maintenance of the roads and bridge s under its jur-
isdiction during the year 19:5/ as follows:

(2) The said monies shall be expended under the direction of the duly
appointed township road superintendent and on work performed in accord-
ance with the Highway Improvement Act.
(3)The clerk shall transmit duplicate copies of this by-law to the
district office of the Y unicipal Roads Branch, Department of Highways,
on or before February 28th of the present year.
