BY-LAW to appoint POUND-KEEPERS and FENCE VIEWERS for the
Municipality of the Township of Pickering for the year 1951.
The Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:-
1. That the following named persons be and they are hereby
appointed POUND-KEEPERS for the MUNICIPALITY of the TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING, for the year 1951, that is to say:-
Alfred Keyes Chas. Fuller Edward Collins
Fred A. Major
Thomas Norton
Levi Annis
Archie Bell
Allen Myers
Lorne Jones
Robt,W.Balsdon
A. Bunker
Wm. Middleton
Alfred Michell
W. E. Bryant
Burnett Jamieson
P. Welman
Mervin Annis
Elmer Annis
2. That the following named persons be and they are hereby
appointed FENCE-VIEWERS of the MUNICIPALITY of the TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING for the year 1951, that is to say :-
Chas. McCausland Lewis Jones Leonard Gates
F. Puckrin Percy Neale Howard E.Turner
J. 0. Spang W.B.Milne E. Armstrong
IN. H. Carson.
3. That the POUND-KEEPERS and FENCE-VIEWERS appointed hereunder
shall continue to hold office as such respectively after the
b expiration of the year 1951 until such time as their successors
shall have been appointed in the year 1952. The fee for each
fence-viewing inspection shall be and 14
cents per mile mileage one way.
