WHEREAS Council believe that certain games, such as PIN-BALL,

V BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township

11 that portion of By-law No. 1667 which relates to
"pin games, pin-ball games, ball games or any other

30 that no Licensee shall permit such games to be played
+ between the hours of 12 o'clock midnight and 8.00 A.M.,
and that children under the age of SIXTEEN (16) years
V? ?J shall not be permitted to play such games, and there
shall not be permitted undue noise and rowdyism around
such games.
4. that the license fee for such games shall be $50.00
(FIFTY DOLLARS) for the first machine and $25.00

Any person upon conviction before a Magistrate or a
Justice of the Peace, shall be fined for the first
offence the sum of $50.00 (FIFTY DOLLARS) and costs,
and for a second, or any subsequent offence, the sum
of $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS) and costs, and the
same shall be recoverable under the Summary Convictions
Act.

is hereby licensed to keep Pin-ball
machines pursuant to By-law No. 1829 or
Amendments thereto.
NO PERSON MAY PLAY THESE GAMES
(1) Who is under the age of SIXTEEN years
(2) Who creates undue noise
(3) Between the hours of 12 o'clock
Midnight and 8.00 A.M.
THIS LICENSE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
