Of tbs Municipal Corporation of the Township of Plckering, to
make it unlawful to carry a gun for the purpose of hunting gems,
within the Municipslity without first obtaining a Picketing Town-
ship license.

AND WHEREAS the Township of Picketing is a Game Preserve Area
operating under a Game Committee approved by the Deportment of
Lands and Forests:
AND W~A~ the s~i~ Game Committee has requested Council to
pass a By-law requiring all persons within the Township of Picketing
to first secure a Township of Picketing license from the Game
Committee before carrying a gun for the purpose of hunting any
game as defined by the Game and Fisheries Act 1947.
BE IT TEEREFOEE RESOLVED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickerlng:
1. It is unlawful to carry or use a firearm or airgun for the pur-
pose of hunting any game, as defined in Section i Sub-section i of

4. The penalty of infractions of this By-law be not less than
$10.00 or more than $100.00.
