Of the Township of Pickering to restrict the building on s
certain proposed subdivision.
~'vPiEREAS Mr. G. N. Young, owner of Lot 6? in Registered Plan 350
has mede application to Council to subdivide same end has submitted
a blueprint signed by en Ontario Lend Surveyor:
AND ~EREAS the Department of Planning end Development has advised
this municipality that it will be necessary to limit the buildings on
said subdivision to residential uses only end that not more then one
dwelling may be erected, with appropriate outbuildings, on each lot
as shown on proposed plan:
EE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering that:
(1) The proposed subdivision be restricted to residential uses
only and that not more than one dwelling, with appropriate out-
buildings, be permitted on any of the eight lots es shown on
blueprints of same.
(E) The draft plan of proposed subdivision of Lot 67 in
Registered Plan 350 be accepted for registration.
